II. Account Security and Personal Information Protection
2.1 Login Methods and Account Custody

2.3 Personal Information of Minors

① You have given us explicit prior authorization to disclose such information;
② Disclosure is expressly required by laws, regulations, or administrative rules;

IV. Services, Advertising, and Equipment Requirements
4.1 Services Provided "As Is"
You understand and accept that the platform services are provided based on current technologies and operational environments. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure service stability and continuity, but we cannot fully foresee or eliminate all legal, technical, and external risks, including but not limited to: force majeure events, computer viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system failures, service interruptions, data loss, as well as defects in third-party services, governmental administrative actions, and other losses arising from such events.
4.2 Equipment and Communication Charges
–You are required to purchase and use the terminal equipment (such as computers and smartphones) necessary to access the services, and you shall bear all communication charges, network data fees, and other related costs arising from your use of the services.
–You acknowledge that using the services will consume your terminal resources (such as memory and storage space) and network bandwidth.
4.3 Advertising Rules
–You agree that we may, directly or through authorized advertising partners, push commercial or non-commercial promotional information to you in the course of providing services. We have the right to adjust the form, location, and scope of advertising according to operational needs, without prior individual notice.
–We only perform our statutory obligations as an advertiser. You must exercise your own judgment as to the truthfulness of advertising content. Except as otherwise required by law, we shall not be liable for any losses arising from advertisements or transactions concluded through advertisements.
–Even if you purchase paid features or membership services, you may still receive advertisements pushed by the platform. You understand and accept that advertising display is one of the reasonable considerations for us to provide comprehensive services to all users, and by agreeing to this agreement you acknowledge this mechanism.
4.4 Third-Party Products and Services
When you access or use products or services provided by third parties through our platform, you must comply with both this agreement and the terms of service of the relevant third party. We and each such third party shall independently bear our respective obligations and handle our respective disputes in accordance with law and contract, and we shall not be responsible for the acts or content of any third party.
4.5 Software License
–Use of the platform services may require downloading and installing client software. We grant you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use such software solely for the purpose of accessing and using our platform services.
–To improve user experience, enhance security, and unify functions, we may push software updates from time to time. We recommend that you install the latest version in a timely manner; otherwise, the software may not function properly.
V. Paid Services, Membership Benefits, and Virtual Currency Rules
5.1 Membership Benefits and Validity
–During the membership validity period, Drama World members may use all "memberexclusive" benefits marked in the application free of charge. If you do not renew upon expiration, your membership benefits will automatically lapse.
–Membership and corresponding benefits are for the exclusive use of the paid account holder and may not be gifted, lent, rented, or resold in any form. If such conduct occurs, we have the right, without prior notice, to cancel the membership of the transferee, and any losses resulting therefrom shall be borne by the transferring and receiving parties themselves.
5.2 Adjustment of Fees
We have the right, in accordance with our business strategy, to adjust the fee standards and billing methods for various services. Different services or the same service at different times may be priced differently. Before any price adjustment, we will post a notice on the platform in advance; if you do not accept the new standards, you may stop using the relevant services; if you continue to use the services after the adjustment, you will be deemed to have accepted the new charging rules.
5.3 Subscription-Based Paid Content
Some paid ondemand and reading content on the platform is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription period begins on the date you complete payment. We only guarantee that you can normally view or read the corresponding content during the validity period. After the subscription expires, you will no longer be able to access that content, and we shall not be liable for that.
5.4 Automatic Renewal Service
–If you activate the automatic renewal function, you represent that you have fully understood and agreed that: during the subsistence of your valid membership, the system will automatically deduct the renewal fee for the next period from your linked Google Play Store account before each expiration. If the account balance is insufficient, the membership will automatically terminate upon the end of the current period.
–You may cancel automatic renewal by following this path: Open the Google Play Store home page → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" → find the Drama World item and cancel. If you do not complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the expiration of your current membership, the subscription will automatically renew, and the renewal fee will be charged to your Google account.
5.5 Virtual Currency Recharge and Usage Rules
–Products on the platform must be purchased with the corresponding virtual currency; different products may require different virtual currencies, and you must pay with the currency specified for the product.
–Private trading of virtual currency between users is strictly prohibited, as it constitutes a material breach. We have the right, without prior notice, to take restrictive or freezing measures to stop such trading.
–All recharge transactions, once completed, are irrevocable and unalterable. Before recharging, please carefully check your account information and transaction details. We will not compensate for any losses caused by your own mistakes, such as entering the wrong account number or misunderstanding the charging rules.
–If you recharge through a thirdparty payment channel, you must also comply with the service agreement of that payment platform and properly keep your bank card numbers, passwords, verification codes, and other sensitive information. Any disputes arising from thirdparty payments shall be resolved between you and the payment party, and we shall not bear any liability.
–If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this agreement, you shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or refund for any remaining virtual currency or paid fees.
–If, due to a platform system error, the amount actually credited to your account differs from the amount you paid, and if the backend data can be restored and you can provide valid proof, we will verify and adjust as follows:
If the credited amount is less than the paid amount, we will make up the difference;
If the credited amount exceeds the paid amount, we have the right to recover the excess.
–Once a subscription order for paid episodes is successfully paid, it cannot be modified. Without our prior written consent, the virtual currency used for the subscription will not be refunded, even if the service is suspended, terminated, or the corresponding episodes are taken down; this rule remains applicable.

If our actual losses exceed the amount of fees already retained, we reserve the right to seek further recovery.

If use of the services results in personal injury, property damage, or environmental pollution in the above scenarios, we shall not bear any liability.
7.5 Handling of Violations
We have the right to deal with violations in accordance with this agreement, but this right does not constitute a legal obligation, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to identify and deal with all violations in a timely and comprehensive manner.
7.6 AntiFraud Reminder
Do not trust loan offers, password requests, asset trading information, or other sensitive content sent to you through private messages from strangers. For any transaction involving funds, you must first verify the other party's identity and strictly follow the antifraud tips published by us.

10.1 If you are under the age of eighteen, you are a minor and must read this agreement and decide whether to use the platform services under the accompaniment and supervision of your guardian.
10.2 Minors have relatively limited social experience and selfprotective abilities, and are prone to internet addiction or being misled by harmful information. Therefore, you should observe the following rules when using the platform:
